Custom Fabrication Time:
Every Montgomery Metalworks product is individually handcrafted. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for custom fabrication, welding, and powder coating. This ensures the highest quality and durability for your kei truck or van accessory.

Shipping Time:
After fabrication is complete, your order will ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. We do not offer free shipping or returns at this time.

Order Tracking:
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re located outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please reach out directly for a custom quote.

Local Pickup (Post Falls, ID):
Local pickup may be available by request. Contact us prior to ordering to arrange a time.

Delays & Lead Times:
Because all products are built to order, occasional delays may occur. We’ll contact you directly if your order is impacted.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Montgomery Metalworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked delivered. If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos and details so we can assist.
